Acciona Lark Joint Venture is working with the Vancouver Island Health Authority ( VIHA ) to design and build a new 500-bed Patient Care Centre at the Royal Jubilee Hospital site in Victoria BC. The new hospital will enable VIHA to provide acute care for patients who are recovering from illness, surgery or injury in a world-class, energy-efficent facility designed as a Centre for Excellence in elder care.
